What materials are used in Artesanos Design furniture?
We pride ourselves on using sustainably sourced hardwoods, artisan-fired ceramics, and hand-woven natural fibers to ensure each piece is both beautiful and durable.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For custom or oversized furniture pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for specialized white-glove delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture is non-refundable.
Are your products handmade?
Yes, the majority of our collection is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and wood grain are expected and celebrated as unique characteristics.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your delivery progress.
