At Artesanos Design Collection, we want you to be completely enamored with your home additions. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping materials to ensure the artisanal craftsmanship remains protected during transit.

  Shipping and Logistics

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
